libinline-java-perl software package provides write Perl classes in Java, you can install in your Ubuntu 16.04 LTS (Xenial Xerus) by running the commands given below on the terminal,
$ sudo apt-get update $ sudo apt-get install libinline-java-perl
libinline-java-perl is installed in your system.
Make ensure the libinline-java-perl package were installed using the commands given below,
$ sudo dpkg-query -l | grep libinline-java-perl *
You will get with libinline-java-perl package name, version, architecture and description in a table
